Terms & Conditions

1. All quotations are valid for a maximum time period of six month. Company will have the authority to change the price post six month timeline.

2. Request for changes post finalization  of scope will be considered as an additional task. Company will have the authority to increase the project budget as necessary.

3. You may be able to download particular software from the Company’s website. The software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the programme, and supporting data (collectively, “Software”) are presumed to be licensed to you by Company for your personal, noncommercial, home use only if you access or download software from the Site. Company retains full and complete title to the Software, as well as all intellectual property rights therein, and does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to it. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert it into a human-readable format. Company or its licensors own all trademarks and logos, which you may not reproduce or use in any way.

4. The items you publish to the Site or Service offer Company a license to utilize them. By posting, downloading, displaying, performing, transmitting, or otherwise distributing information or other content (collectively, “User Content”) to the Site or Service, you are granting Company, its officers, affiliates, employees, directors, agents, consultants, and representatives a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use User Content in connection with Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, directors, agents, consultants, and representatives’ Internet business. You will not be paid for any User Content you submit. You agree that Company may use your name in connection with your User Content and may publish or otherwise disclose it. You warrant and represent that you hold the rights to the User Content or are otherwise entitled to post, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute User Content by posting it on the Site or Service.

5. Market Insight Solutions owns all intellectual property rights to the Site and Service, including trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting you a license to use any of the Company’s or third-trademarks, party’s service marks, or logos. The Purchase and Licensing Agreement governs the terms of a license issued by Company.
